Teddy Haley | Head Coach

Coach Haley is a three-time Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Coach of the Year, and is entering his 12th season as head coach of the Post University men's soccer. He was named NSCAA East Region Coach of the Year in 2013. In both 2014 and 2015, Haley helped lead the Eagles to ECAC Championships. Since Haley joined Post University in 2005, he has mentored 18 All-CACC and 17 CACC All-Tournament selections. Teddy resides in Milford, Connecticut with his wife and three children.

Luis Figueiredo | Assistant Coach

Luis Figueiredo has been an Assistant Coach at Post University for the last nine seasons. Since joining the coaching staff in 2009, he has helped the team to many appearances in the NCAA Division II national rankings. Under his assistance, the Eagle advanced to the CACC Championship game for three consecutive seasons from 2012-15, and tallied a 23-game regular season home unbeaten streak. A native of Cape Verde, Coach Figueiredo earned his bachelor’s degree in international business from Post University in 2008, and an MBA with a concentration in entrepreneurship from Post in May 2011.

Eric Da Costa | Technical Director

A native of New Bedford, Massachusetts, Da Costa was a four-year starter for Quinnipiac and served as team captain in his junior and senior seasons. A product of Quinnipiac’s strong soccer tradition, Da Costa’s formula for success and his reputation for assembling winning teams are evident after 12 seasons at his alma mater. Da Costa has an 89-88-45 record during his time at Quinnipiac, with the program reaching new heights from 2012-16, compiling a 31-9-10 record in conference games in that span and winning or sharing four Conference Regular Season titles in the last 5 years. He has been named Conference Coach of the Year three times, Regional Coach of the Year twice, and a National Coach of the Year Finalist twice.

George Kostelis | Goakeeper Coach

George Kostelis recently completed his first season as assistant men's soccer coach at Southern Connecticut State University after five seasons as head men's soccer coach at Western Connecticut State University. Prior, Kostelis spent 10 seasons as an assistant coach and goalkeeper coach at Yale University, and before that he held assistant coach positions at the University of Connecticut women's soccer program and his alma mater the University of Hartford. George holds a United States Soccer Federation A License, a NSCAA Premier Diploma and a United States Soccer Federation National Youth Coaching License. He has been a National Staff Instructor for the NSCAA Goalkeeping Academy since 2007.
